My dad was a keen photographer, my mum a journalist. I studied architecture and then somewhere I found telling stories through a lens my perfect in-between.
Hello! My name is Tomek, I was born in Brazil and raised by Polish parents. I have travelled to many parts of the world but for now I call Australia home, I have over 10 years of experience photographing weddings and I feel even more passionate about it all now then the day I started.
Don’t let what has sometimes been described about me as a harsh aesthetic fool you. I am deeply romantic and terribly nostalgic.
My approach is heart felt and careful yet equally, I want my clients to feel at ease and above all else enjoy themselves. Photographs and the way that we see ourselves within them are often only as good as we feel at the time. Photographs have a way of transporting us back to the very moment in which they were taken, it’s really quite magical, the power in which images have to do so.
I could talk for hours about the things I love regarding weddings and the way I am on the day but i’m a firm believer that starting a conversation or catching up in person is the best way to get to know a person so if you’d like that, please do get in touch. We’ll start with hellos and if I end up shooting your wedding, we’ll no doubt end with hugs.
